We saw Shakira here. The whole experience was amazing! There were tons of food and drink options, easily gotten to from our seats. We had great views for a good price, and honestly, I don't think there was a bad seat option!

We came here to see the one and only Shakira, and the experience was unforgettable! We chose this venue because it's smaller than many arenas, and as Shakira herself said, you can actually see everyone's face, which made the concert feel much more personal. The staff was friendly, getting in and out was easy, and the venue was well organized. Even though we weren't right by the stage, we still had a fantastic view and felt connected to the performance. Another big plus is the location in Atlantic City. Before or after the show, you can stroll along the beautiful boardwalk, enjoy the ocean views, or try your luck at one of the nearby casinos. Everyone around us came to have a great time, and the energy throughout the night was incredible. It was truly a magical and memorable experience.

Getting in the venue was a mess - the doors opened late and there were crowds of people outside waiting to enter. Security was yelling at us to move but there was nowhere to go. BUT once we were finally able to enter it was great - a nice, clean concert hall with plenty of seating. Staff was nice and did their jobs. We stayed at Caesars and loved the fact we were only a few steps away when the concert was over. The venue is literally located RIGHT on the boardwalk, so convenient!

This was our second time attending a concert here. The first time was Twenty One Pilots in 2019. This time, Florence and the Machine was moved here from Philly with one week notice. The tickets RJ purchased were front row in our section, but with "limited view" which was described as "possible infrastructure or lighting". We thought oh no big deal, maybe some sound equipment or a railing. Ok, these should have been sold as completely obstructed view. An employee from down below handed new tickets to RJ after the concert started if we wanted to move. But the row is so small and tight, I am 5 ft tall and had no leg room. We were all jammed against the railing. We thought that was nice but wished it had happened before the concert started, or that she came to the row and got us out rather than handing them up to us. No way was I going to try to get out by making 12-14 people move 1 song into the concert. So we only know they were higher up, but did not use them. At least I could see if I leaned to the left, but RJ looked at the back of this camera man all night!
